To exercise is an activity that brings
many benefits to our daily life and body. Exercising increases people's energy
level because the efficiency of the cardiovascular system is better making it
easier for muscles to get the oxygen and nutrients needed for an optimal performance;
furthermore, it improves the muscle strength which leads to an easier
development of daily physical activities. Besides, exercising could help
people to maintain a healthy weight, the more you exercise, the more calories
you burn; in addition, the metabolic
rate goes up , making people burn calories even when they are resting;
moreover, exercising helps people sleep better
due to the body fatigue. Thus, the sleep quality is better. It also
improves people's mood and give them a sense of well-being as exercising
stimulates the release of endorphins which cause people feel happier, better
with themselves and relaxed; self-esteem improves due to the body shape
enhancement. Including work out to our daily routine will carry great
benefits into our lives in a long term, not only
physically but mentally.
